Hi, my name is Cliff. My wife left me several years ago, and immediately afterward I felt a great depression. I thought I was lonely, and needed some company. A bit of soul searching however, taught me that I was truly just bored. I had developed a fear of boredom. Wow, that kind of sucks when you sit and think about it. Fear of boredom.

At any rate, I began to collect things. Books, video games, movies, anything such that if boredom ever began to creep upon me again, I would be able to combat it with a quick and forceful strike of...something to do! I kept collecting things until my world is now full of fun stuff and I will never have to be afraid of boredom again. It is quite liberating to be sure that your fears will never haunt you. However, I have a new problem. I have so many things queued up for myself to do, that I don't know where to start. This blog is an attempt to categorize my ideas, and thoughts about the things I have to do.

A few of my interests? Books for one. I have a passion for the written word. Primarily Science Fiction and Fantasy, however in recent years I've also developed an appreciation for mystery and a good horror story. Another interest of mine is video games. Once again, primarily RPG's, strategy games and adventures. I've also expanded a bit in video games into the realm of horror as well (hmm...guess you could say i enjoy horror in general). Im REALLY big into football as well. Big Bucs fan.

So what is this blog? Essentially i plan to review the books that i read and the video games that i play. As well as my thoughts on society in general. I hope to gain enough of a readership at some point to be able to solicit opinions from others as to where to go next in my quest.

All that being said, my first post will be a recap of tomorrows action at the NFL draft, with an emphasis on the Bucs and who they drafted.
